Management Team
Pragmat's principals are all fully employed in the business, and each takes a leading role in Pragmat's activities. They have an average of twenty years business experience, much of it at middle and senior management level.
Apart from solid practical experience, the principals between them have tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Management, Accounting, and Science, and this is reflected in the wide range of skills they are able to apply to the solution of client business problems.
All of Pragmat's principals have worked for both vendors and consumers of Information Technology products, and therefore appreciate at first hand the issues associated with the successful implementation of IT, managing the change which accompanies it and realising the benefits from such initiatives.
