Nick Sinclair

Nick’s professional experience lies in business process design, project management and the implementation of IT based business solutions.  He has a sound understanding of the financial services and pharmaceutical industries, gained over the past seven years, following completion of a degree in applied science.

Nick has strong influencing and presentation skills and operates successfully in both individual and team situations.  Further, he demonstrates an excellent ability to analyse the causes of both business and technical issues, to formulate solutions and to facilitate their implementation.

Some of Nick’s more recent assignments include:  

• Business continuity planning for a financial services master trust, including risk mitigation and contingency development for call centre and back office operations, including site relocation and critical system connectivity.

• Business analysis, systems requirements analysis, and change planning for the redesign of the back-office service processes for a funds manager.  

• Project management of business and IT solutions implementation as part of an extensive process improvement program.  

• Management of the detailed requirements analysis and implementation of an electronic imaging and document management system.  

• Design, development and implementation of a client reporting and communications system.  

• Group facilitation and mentoring to operational staff during a substantial change management program.  (top)
