ITUSS (IT User Satisfaction Survey)
Pragmat
offers a proven survey instrument which gauges IT user satisfaction levels
across a wide range of criteria. The survey is ideal both as a diagnostic
tool to pinpoint areas in which service levels may be improved, or as a means
of establishing a vendor performance baseline for organisations which may be
considering outsourcing all or a part of their IT operations.
The
survey is tailored to the needs of each client organisation through the choices
made from Pragmat’s large question bank, and through the qualitative
interview phase, which permits questioning of users on topics of particular
interest to the client. Detailed statistical analysis of survey results is
carried out by Pragmat, and is used to compile a written report of findings
and recommendations. A formal review meeting is conducted after the client
has had a chance to consider the report. (top)
